What's the latest pop culture in Hot Topic?! Help!?

I have always wanted a job at Hot Topic, and before my interview I want to brush up on things I've obviously need to know. Here's the thing.. I don't listen to the radio and I mostly stick to songs I already know. Of course I know Lady gaga.. JB.. August Burns Red.. Skillet.. Korn.. but I don't listen to them.. I listen to Three Days Grace, Evanescence, and Eminem almost 24/7. Some of the things they ask is what I'd suggest to someone looking at a 'so and so' T-Shirt.. what other bands and things that relate to it. So.. what are the bands, based on what's popular especially in Hot Topic, that I need to know and listen to, and what are other songs/bands that are similar. PLEASE hurry?! I need to know this stuff very soon! Pics, vids, advice, links, anything! Thank you!
