Do you think I could get away with making GTA San Andreas a movie?

I started writing it and took a lot of work, a few years back and I'm still on the 21'st level of storyline. I've been adding in story lines to. Do you think I will get by with it with pay if I send it to Rockstar Games? I wrote it and I wnat at least half of the money. Do you think it might work?
