Spelling of czechoslovakian "pancake" Sounds like planchinta?

My great grandma used to make something called a plachinta, it was like a rubbery thin pancake that she would smear with apple er then roll it up. I want to make it really bad but I must not be spelling it correctly because I cant find anything on the internet about it.
