Best Combat Boots for moderate climates?

Im from PA, im looking for a Tan combat boot, preferably that zippers down the side, is not insulated, and has a gore-tex liner, because i just got some 5.11 ATAC 8 inch boots for christmas, and theyre great but they have no water proofing what so ever which is a problem with all the snow and rain we get in PA. Let me know what you think, if you need any additional info let me know.
