What will Jindal (R) and the GOP do about that new zero tolerance with lying bigot cops, police chief in town?

I hope you realize most of the officers on the NOPD are black. Don't you remember New Orleans is a "chocolate city" to quote Mayor Nagin, rednecks have no power there. The new administration is already making great progress and any movement in the Katrina case has come since he took office. The previous Chief had not even read the charges against his men.
