Someone PLEASE HELP!! What do you remember from the Vietnam War?

I was in middle school.The war was in the living room every night.Most was not good .our guys were called baby killers and dope heads. Some people even spit on our guys who were coming home.I had a copper bracelet with a name and number on it you were supposed to wear it until the guy or girl came home.I wore my patched jeans and green army jacket everyday.Its what we did I didnt understand most of it until much later I did know that the way our country treated these men and women of service was wrong and I felt ashamed.
