Please read!! Trying to conceive.?

Fore over 3years. 2 nights ago i woke up in the middle of the nigh felling dizzy, sweaty, nausea and very sick i felt like i was going to black out but didnt i ended up vomiting(sorry) which i NEVER do. Last night i had a very strong stomach ache felt like my stomach was tearing i was in lot of pain slept that off then the pain started early in the morning. Today my stomach looks bigger not bloated then usually and i have also gained. My cycle is due in 2days but these things are not my period symptoms what i am going through is very different. I have regular cycle 28 days do you think i have conceived?? or is something wrong with me. Please need your help and advice.
