How to follow-up a pending I-130 visa petition?
My granddaughter has a pending I-130 visa petition. The I-130 has been pending for 6 years. Is there a standard USCIS form to use in making a follow-up? Will it make a difference if she makes a follow-up? Thanks in advance.
